I am sick and tired of giant corporations getting everything they want from our political system. The Transparent Election Initiative will remove the power corporations have to fund political activities This will make Citizens United irrelevant and give real people the advantage.
Citizens United did not give corporations personhood; it turned corporations into artificial super persons: all the powers of real people plus a shield of immunity for corporate officers. A simple way to stop corporations from screwing us has been developed. The Montana Plan will remove the power corporations have to spend money on politics.
The Transparent Election Initiative is a Montana ballot initiative that will make the Citizens United supreme court decision irrelevant in Montane because corporations will not have the power to spend funds on political campaign.

With CMP, you can send an electronic message to up to 10 officeholders simultaneously! If you are sending your message to more than three politicians, please consider using the “no reply needed” option. We don’t want to overburden our reps.
This is particularly important when sending an “I joined the Voters Army because...” message. We want to be nice! If you want a reply from a special politician, please send a separate message to that officeholder.
Contact My Politician is free to use, but it requires a login. Messages and replies are sent through the CMP system. CMP listings may include major unelected officials in addition to elected officials. CMP listings usually include local officials, but they might not show which council member is your council member.
